His contributions have been instrumental in shaping the success of renowned organizations like HDFC Bank, YES Bank and Kotak Bank.

Pratik is a dynamic leader, widely admired for his optimism, analytical mindset and people-centric approach. He possesses vast expertise in stakeholder management, HR policies, system & process implementation, employee engagement and organization culture.
