Job Summary
The Zonal Head – Business will enhance team strength to drive market presence and achieve business objectives in the microfinance sector. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven sales management track record in microfinance. The role involves strategic planning, business development, team leadership, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Team Building and Development:
- Train and mentor Circle Head, Divisional Manager, Cluster Manager, Senior Branch Manager, and Branch Manager.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training and development opportunities for team members.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and high performance.
Target Setting and Achievement:
- Set targets for personal and team performance.
- Formulate and achieve sales plans and strategies.
Business Development:
- Drive business through lead generation.
- Enhance market penetration and customer acquisition.
Branch Management:
- Monitor and set targets for branches.
- Oversee branch operations and implement fraud prevention training.
- Ensure collection efficiency and PAR control.
Coordination and Collaboration:
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and Collection teams.
- Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Market and Competitor Analysis:
- Understand competitor products, services, and business plans.
- Stay informed about market trends and develop suitable customer solutions.

Desired Profile
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in the microfinance sector, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
