    The Zonal Head – Business will enhance team strength to drive market presence and achieve business objectives in the microfinance sector. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven sales management track record in microfinance. The role involves strategic planning, business development, team leadership, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Key Responsibilities

    Team Building and Development:

    • Train and mentor Circle Head, Divisional Manager, Cluster Manager, Senior Branch Manager, and Branch Manager.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training and development opportunities for team members.
    • Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and high performance.

    Target Setting and Achievement:

    • Set targets for personal and team performance.
    • Formulate and achieve sales plans and strategies.

    Business Development:

    • Drive business through lead generation.
    • Enhance market penetration and customer acquisition.

    Branch Management:

    • Monitor and set targets for branches.
    • Oversee branch operations and implement fraud prevention training.
    • Ensure collection efficiency and PAR control.

    Coordination and Collaboration:

    • Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and Collection teams.
    • Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

    Market and Competitor Analysis:

    • Understand competitor products, services, and business plans.
    • Stay informed about market trends and develop suitable customer solutions.
  • Desired Profile

    • Minimum of 12 years of experience in the microfinance sector, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
    • Strong relationship-building abilities.
    • Proven ability to execute sales strategies.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
