    The Branch Manager will oversee branch profitability, target achievement, portfolio quality, cost management, and customer experience. This role involves regular employee performance reviews, coordinating disbursements, and managing recoveries.

  • Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain and optimize branch profitability.
    • Monitor branch targets in numbers and volumes.
    • Ensure superior underwriting and work closely with collections.
    • Manage branch operating costs, including acquisition and operations.
    • Ensure superior customer experience and handle service issues, including collections and pre-closures.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews of employees.
    • Coordinate with the operations team for disbursements after credit approval.
    • Work with the recovery team to manage interest recovery from defaulters.

  • Desired Profile

    • Graduate or Undergraduate degree.
    • Minimum 5-8 years in the financial sector, preferably in NBFC.
    • Ability to handle branch operations and motivate the team to achieve targets.
