  • Key Responsibilities

    • Setting up and building the team strength to drive market presence.
    • Set Targets and work on target achievement goals both on a personal level and for the Team.
    • Drive Business through lead generation from Open Market.
    • Set-up and monitor Branch and set targets for them.
    • Develop and Manage Branch Network.
    • Analyse & Formulate sales plans & strategies and achieve them with a well-developed team of SRMs, RMs, SBMs and BMs. Coordinate with the team to improve PAR (Portfolio at Risk) efficiency.
    • Oversee Operations, Compliance and Implement procedures & impart training to prevent fraud.
    • Coordinate with Credit / Operation / Collection team for loan sectioned the disbursal and receivable management.
    • Deep understanding of the competitor MFI Products, Services property, loans, business plans & channel partners. Thorough knowledge of relevant markets with the objective to grasp changing trends with suitable solutions that can be presented to the end customer.
  • Desired Profile

    • 8 + yrs of experience of sales management.
    • Exceptional communication, presentation skills and relationship building skills.
    • Ability to aggressively manage the successful execution of a sales strategy.
    • Ability to work independently and in collaboratively in a team environment.
